There is nothing better than having a customer bring their new bike back for its first service and saying what a great time they have been having. We could be selling TVs and we would never get thatkind of feedback. If we do our job right we know that our customers will be comfortable, enjoying the great outdoors, saving money and getting healthier, that's worth opening up for every day. Because of this we only sell products that we know work and are suitable for purpose.
We are an independent, rider-owned and run, bike shop based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. We think it's important that people support their local bike shop, which is why we decided to set up our ownshop, created with a vision to be the kind of shop we ourselves wanted to frequent. But we also know that it's sometimes easier to order parts, accessories and even entire bikes online. As such we hope you'll be able to do both - support your local bike shop whilst also ordering online.
