About the Business
Started in 1980 by renowned international Scottish cyclist Billy Bilsland, we have been selling quality bikes from our Glasgow store since 1980. Billy now keeps a low profile and the shop is run by his son Neil along with Mark, Josh, Rob and our mechanics Ally, Barry and Thomas. We are all regular cyclists-commuting every day and hit the roads and trails at the weekends.
We are home to a podium worn Polka Dot jersey won by Robert Millar in the 1984 Tour de France. A true piece of Scottish sporting history. Robert was taken under Billy's wing when he was a junior and was there as he developed into the best climber of his day and the greatest Britain has ever produced. We support the Glasgow Riderz, the cycling club for kids in Glasgow, by servicing all their bikes for free. We also sponsor the Glasgow Cycle Team, a new club designed to develop the next stars of the future.
We try to offer the best service in Glasgow and stock the best road bikes in the city.
