About the Business
Situated just a few miles from the beach in north Devon's, Tarka country, Bideford Bicycle, Surf Board and Kayak Hire is the perfect place to hire or buy a bicycle, surf board or kayak. We run a hire fleet or over 250 bikes and as well as hiring bikes to individuals, families and groups of friends we can also cater for larger school/corporate parties and hen & stag parties too. We have cycles to suit all abilities from tandems, trailers, tag-a-longs and trikes, to mountain bikes, hybrids and a wheel chair tandem.
The Dawes hybrids offer the comfort of a tourer and the performance of a mountain bike, with plenty of gears and with mudguards to keep splashes away. The Dawes Mountain Bikes, for rough riding and steep climbs, have no mudguards but masses of gears, so you'll be able to explore the far reaches of the trail. We have a large range of sizes of gents/ladies and kid's Dawes Mountain Bikes that are lightweight and extremely well built.
