Based in Plymouth, Ride provides a professional and friendly cycle fitting service. Whether you're an elite racer or an absolute beginner, our goal is always to help you get the most from your cycling. Cycle fitting combines the fundamentals of cycling with physiology and biomechanics to achieve the most comfortable, efficient and powerful riding position possible for you.
Your equipment needs to fit you in order for you to perform well and reduce the risk of injury. We take the guess work out of your bike set up. Your fitting is unique to you, we don't use standardised formulas or gimmicks to achieve your optimum fit.
